Whose idea was this anyway?

Why oh why did we decide to paint the bedroom and get new carpeting in all the bedrooms now? Here it is just days before are scheduled departure, and instead of concentrating on getting ready, we were busy cleaning out closets and making a quick run to Goodwill.

Every year we do think of one or two things that will help us. This year was no exception, and I'll be adding to my list of Packing pointers as ideas present themselves. Maybe no one will read them but me, but at least I have them recorded so that I can make sure I'm remembering what to do. :)
